Oak House, Lewisham

Renovation and energy improvement of a mid-terrace home in Lewisham to increase light and connection with the garden, featuring a bespoke oak kitchen and joinery.

The brief for this project was to design a highly functional living and entertaining space with an enhanced connection to the rear garden, and a focus on using natural materials and finishes.

We used colour and form to unify what is currently a series of disjointed, dark spaces into one that is light-filled and has a coherent character, taking inspiration from and extending that of the existing house.
