Architectural Design Services
We provide support to our clients throughout all stages of RIBA architectural design. From feasibility to completion and post-completion support. We offer a range of services that can be customised to meet the unique requirements of each project.
Planning Applications
We provide an RIBA stages 0-3 service which involve first establishing whether a planning application is required, and the subsequent preparation and submission of planning drawings and documentation on your behalf.
Listed Building Consent Applications
All development work to listed buildings will require appropriate consent from the local authority. We provide an RIBA stages 0-3 service which involves first establishing what applications will be required, and the subsequent preparation and submission of required drawings and documentation on your behalf.
Building Regulations Applications
We have a broad range of technical expertise in construction and are well versed in supporting our clients with the preparation and submission of relevant technical drawings and documentation to Building Control.
Home Buyer’s Architectural Assessment
Our Architectural Assessments offer quick and affordable advice to property buyers to aid in the planning of future building projects. We provide bespoke guidance on navigating planning processes, progressing with construction, construction cost budgeting, and identifying necessary skills and expertise that will be required.
Strategies & Masterplanning
Our strategic work focusses on creating places that promote wellbeing, inclusivity, ecology and biodiversity, and a shared sense of community. We aim to develop a shared ambition and sense of ownership over space with our clients, collaborators and local communities.
